About our company

Our company imports, re-exports, deals and provides technical services for photocopiers, blue printing machines and digital duplicators. We established the company for the sole purpose of dealing in photocopiers and other office automation machines and equipments after obtaining a technical training on office automation machines and equipment in Japan by the Managing Director and the Chief Technician.

Business Activities

Imports

We import photocopiers, blue printing machines, digital duplicators, spare parts, toner etc. from Japan , Singapore , Sweden and France . We hold a stock of them in our warehouse.

Services

We undertake to refurbish, repair, service and maintain photocopiers and other office automation machines.

Marketing

In Sri Lanka , we mainly sell re-conditioned copiers, brand new spare parts and consumables and provide after sales technical services. During our 10 years of service, we have won the customers' reputation as a company that sell refurbished copiers of good quality and provides an excellent after sales technical service with warranty.

We undertake refurbishing of photocopiers and other office automation equipment for overseas companies where the technical and labour cost for such work is usually very exorbitant in their respective countries. On receipt of confirmed orders, we import, recondition and re-export especially photocopiers to overseas companies.

Future Strategy

1. We envisage opening a large market for the sale of consumables and spares of photocopiers. We also propose to market the local requirement of technical services, consumables and spare parts of printers, toner of every brand to achieve our sales targets for the current and coming financial years. Therefore, we hope to import and keep an ample stock of spare parts and consumable from their manufacturers.

 

2. We envisage to expand the foreign market to sell photocopiers, plan printers, and digital duplicators which are fully reconditioned or under "as it is condition”.

3. To expand the area of technical service center and modernize the same with new technical tool and equipments and the warehouse by installing movable racks to store more goods and machine to utilize the store's space to its maximum.

4. To increase the number of technicians and give them advance technical training locally and overseas.

5. To start branch offices and technical service centers in Southern and Central Provinces to market products and provide technical services to customers with more convenience to them in their respective areas.
