Type & Legal Formality: Eastcami (Private) Limited is duly incorporated as a Limited Liability Company and registered under the Companies Act No. 17 of 1982 and re-incorporated and re-registered as an Existing Company under Section 487 (1) of Companies Act No. 7 of 2007 as per Section 3 (1) of the Act in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Management: The Company is fully managed and administrated by the Chairman/Managing Director who is actively involved in business and specially supervises the Administration, Technical and Operation Divisions and Director – Finance who specially supervises the Accounts, Sales and HR divisions with the help of managerial hands and professionals in executive levels.
Products: Main products marketed by us are reconditioned photocopiers of Sharp, Toshiba and Canon brands, Laminating Machines, Binding Machines, Fax Machines, Call Monitors, Paper Cutters, copier spare parts, photocopier toner, photocopier papers and any office automation machine upon request.
Services: Estimating, repairing, technical services, overhaul, reconditioning, of photocopiers and other office automation machines & equipments, Easy Payment System, Annual Service Contracts, Copier Rentals, Technical Support, Copier Exchange, Transport and installations of OA machines and Business consultations.

Condition of Products & Services: All Office Automation Machines and equipments other than photocopiers are brand new. Photocopiers, which are lease withdrawals from Japan , France and Sweden , are imported in used condition. They are fully refurbished to brand new level and sold as Reconditioned Photocopiers with warranty and technical service.

All services are provided by well trained technicians, sales executives and a clerical staff promptly and efficiently. Two directors are closely and directly deal with the customers and monitor the works to ensure a satisfactory service for the customers.

Responsibility: As a company we undertake all responsibilities about the products and services provided by us in writing. Registered Trade Mark Owners and Original Manufactures of equipments of all brands and models, their subsidiaries which are not anyway affiliated with our products and services.

Prices: We always try our best to give the most reasonable prices for our products and services in the market. Although prices are not mentioned in this website, The Price List is available with our marketing executives. Prices are subject to change without prior notice to the public.

The Staff: Our staffs, who are customer friendly and motivated as the customer is our purpose and most important person in our business, consisted with professionals, graduates and skilled labor.

Working Hours: From Monday – Friday 08.30 a.m. to 04.30 p.m.

Saturdays: 08.30 a.m. to 12.00 Noon

For special duties we are always committed to avail upon request. Company is closed on Government statutory holidays and from the 13 th – 16 th of April each year due to Sinhalese and Tamil New Year Celebrations.
