  1. ESTIMATE OF REPAIRS ; An estimate of repair for a photocopier can be done at user's premises or if the unit is brought to our Technical Service Center . If the repair and overhaul is given to us we will estimate it free of charge. Necessary parts are supplied at very reasonable rates. Estimate of repairs is given for approval after a thorough inspection of photocopier.

PHOTOCOPIER REPAIRS: We undertake many major brands and models of recent photocopiers such as Sharp, Toshiba, Canon, Ricoh, Gestetner, for repairs subject to the availability of spare parts and consumables. Repairs are included adjustments, updating, lubricating, parts replacements, cleaning, simulations, checking, etc. in the mechanical, electric, electronic, circuit board systems and in the whole photocopier. Customers are requested to bring the equipment to our Technical Service Center if it is a major repair to ensure the best results and quality work. Minor repairs can be done at customer's premises according to its nature.

  5. PHOTOCOPIER SERVICES; If a photocopier is in normal working condition and a common brand and model, we undertake its technical service subject to a charge according to its location. Technical Services will include cleaning, lubricating, repair necessary devices, copy quality adjustments, simulations and totally to bring the photocopier to a good working condition. Our charges for a technical service inside the Technical Service Center and outside may very according to the location. We undertake servicing photocopiers island wide.

TECHNICAL SERVICE CONTRACTS; This is a wise and recommended way of keeping a photocopier attended by a technician, for a good working condition throughout without interrupting your copying needs in the office. In this case we will advise on present condition of photocopier and forecast future conditions in order to prepare the customer for parts replacements, change the copier etc. Prompt works described in the photocopier Repairs and Services above are usually carried out under a Technical Service Contract at customer's premises island wide.   9. RENTAL OF PHOTOCOPIER: EASTCAMI Rent- a- Copier ®

History of Copier Rental System is date back to 1996 with our business system which is one of the pioneer introducer of copier rental system to the copier users in Sri Lanka when our Managing Director was operating his proprietary business styled Nippon Office Automation then. It is still most economical and one of the best service in the country.

    If you are worried with expenses on parts and consumables, improper and scarcity of quality technicians, investing a remarkable amount on a photocopier, we recommend you to try our Copier Rental System which will relive you from all these burdens.

    User has to keep a Refundable Deposit, to pay a non-refundable nominal charge as startup fee, submit a company provided application to obtain a photocopier for coping needs of any capacity. Then pay our company a minimum commitment rental of Rs. 3,000.00 (as of 25.04.2008) or for actual copy counter if it is higher than the commitment monthly. The user has to furnish with an operator, photocopy papers & electricity and secured place to keep the photocopier.

    Rental Provider supplies a mini, medium or heavy-duty photocopier as per user's requirements, spare parts whenever necessary, any quantity of toner, uninterrupted technical service and a replacement of copier if found beyond repairs. In addition to that delivery, installation and operator training will be done by us. This service is available either for a short or long term. The charges may very from Rental for Events to Regular.

    Photocopier Rentals for Events : For seminars, exhibitions, meetings, conferences, short projects, presentations, launches or whatever necessary, photocopiers will be rented out for a specific short period with or without an operator.

    Regular Photocopier Rental : This is ideal for offices, professionals, copy services, communication centers, printers etc. on long term basis for respective copying needs. A Rental Contract is signed for a specific period, minimum 1 year, with renewable facility.

     

  11. EASY PAYMENT SCHEME: Photocopiers can be purchased from our company on easy payment system subject to terms and conditions. It is very convenient for a buyer who hopes to own a photocopier with a limited budget and pay while earning or using. Anyone who is under qualification for specified requirements of a leasing company or bank for a lease or loan can use this scheme to buy any equipment sold by us giving 2 guarantors and signing a Sales Agreement with our company. 50% of the agreed sales prices as down payment and balance in equal monthly installments supported by post-dated cheques are compulsory under this scheme. The applicants are required to strictly adhere to terms and conditions of the Sales Agreement, which is governed under a legal formality.

  13. TRANSPORT/INSTALLATIONS: Photocopiers purchased from us are safely transported and installed free of charge. Weather & road conditions, packing, handling, storing, loading & unloading will be severely considered for a safe arrival of goods to the customer's place. The same method will be adopted if the customer wants to transfer the copier to new premises from the current one. This service can be obtained for a charge too.

COPIER EXCHANGE : On trading-in-value basis, a deduction is given from the selling price of the photocopiers irrespective of the condition, brand or model of the photocopier which belongs to the customer. Otherwise a valuation is done for customer's photocopier if it is in good working condition and a new photocopier is exchanged charging the balance.

TECHNICIAN SUPPORT: Photocopier Technicians who are working independently or under an employer locally or abroad, support services like supplying rare spare parts, technical manuals, parts guide, trouble shooting points, circuit board repairs, traded copiers, overseas training, overseas employment or any relevant requirement can be arranged upon request.

  19. CUSTOMER ADVISERY SERVICES: Any customer can obtain any information regarding office automation equipments and machines.
